These terms apply to the Tably website, beta, and app unless App Store terms provide additional rights.
Using Tably
Tably helps you hold chosen browser pages with context so you can return later and decide what happens next. You are responsible for the pages, notes, and context you choose to hold or share with Tably.
You agree not to use Tably to violate laws, infringe others’ rights, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse support channels.
App license
If you download Tably through the App Store, your use of the app is licensed under the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless Tably provides a custom license agreement in App Store Connect.
Website content
The Tably website is for product information, support, and legal notices. We try to keep information accurate, but product features, availability, and wording may change.
Ideas and comments
If you submit ideas, comments, or product suggestions, you allow Tably to use them to improve the product without obligation to compensate you. Do not submit confidential information through support channels.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what Tably stores and what may be sent to us.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights or other rights you may have under laws that apply where you live.
No warranty
Tably is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that Tably will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tably and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or business interruption arising from your use of Tably.
Changes
We may update these Terms as Tably changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
